Through my PhD project, I use transnational environmental law (TEL) as a discourse, methodological tool and a field of practice to analyse the regulation of gender-based climate adaptation and how climate resilient development of women plays within it. In doing so, I conduct a global North/South based comparative case studies on Finnish Arctic and Bangldesh.
