Climate justice: Who pays the cost of these climate change mitigation and adaptation measures? Who reaps the benefits from climate policies and low-carbon transition projects?

Climate justice: How does the instrument affect the climate change?

Climate justice: Was anybody excluded from the decision-making process with respect to climate mitigation and adaptation actions?

Intergenerational justice: What implications does the framework have for future generations?

Environmental justice and ethics: What identifiable actual or potential environmental harms and benefits are governed by the given regulatory framework? How are they distributed?

Inclusion and participation: Are all relevant stakeholders/rightsholders included in the governance/decision-making process and are there any important stakeholders who are excluded?
