Independent, non-profit organization under the auspices of the Royal Society
of New Zealand. ICAIR's mission is to collect, co-ordinate, analyze, and
disseminate scientific, environmental and educational information on Antarctica
and the Southern Ocean. ICAIR has expertise in the fields of Antarctic
environmental management, information management and digital technologies,
geographical information systems, remote sensing and the INTERNET.
