LIBRARY ACTIVITIES:

History of Library:
The library was founded in the spring of 1978, largely through the efforts of Ms. Nora Corley Murchison, the former long-time Chief Librarian of the Arctic Institute of North America. It is primarily an open-stack reference library with a vertical file specializing in research of the Churchill Region.
